All refunds are at the discretion of Bella Hardy at Dark Peak Arts. I ask you to please only book if you are committed to attendance.
If circumstances change beyond your control, I am able to offer a full refund up until 8 weeks’ prior to the event.
From 8 weeks until 10 days before the event I can only offer a refund if I am able to re-sell the place.
Within 10 days prior to the event, I am unable to offer a refund unless someone on the waiting list is able to take the place – this grows increasingly unlikely the closer the time to the event. In the event of last minute illness or family emergency, I will pay 35% of your booking towards a future event of the same type, so that your next one will be at a reduced rate.
